The Challenge: Latency at Scale

FinGrid AI, a Mumbai-based FinTech startup, provides real-time fraud detection and credit scoring for UPI transactions. As their user base grew from 100k to 1M diverse users in 3 months, their cloud-based inference pipeline began to struggle.
