Monthly pricing includes: rack space (U), power allocation (kW), bandwidth (unmetered 10-100 Gbps), IP addresses, physical security, environmental monitoring, and remote hands support (2 hours/month). Setup fee is one-time and covers rack installation, power drops, and network provisioning.
Yes. We provide escorted access during business hours (9 AM - 6 PM IST) with 24-hour advance notice. After-hours access available with prior approval. You can ship equipment directly to the facility or hand-carry during your visit.
Additional power available at ₹3,000/kW/month. We support up to 50 kW per rack (high-density configs). Power upgrades require 48-hour notice for circuit provisioning.
